What can I expect from the event?
Mary Poppins takes flight in Doha, Qatar! Audiences are invited to Cherry Tree Lane, where the most famous nanny of all time arrives to transform everyday life into something extraordinary. Drawing inspiration from the classic tales of P.L. Travers and the beloved Walt Disney film, this dazzling stage production combines breathtaking dance numbers, stunning visual effects, and cherished tunes including "A Spoonful of Sugar," "Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious," "Step in Time," and "Chim Chim Cher-ee."

The experience will take place at Al Mayassa Theatre at Qatar National Convention Centre (QNCC) in Ar-Rayyan, Qatar.

This experience is held indoors.
How long does the experience last?
The show is expected to last 2h45mn. Venue doors open 1h30mn before the show with access to your seats available from 30 minutes before the show. Once the performance starts, latecomers will be seated at the discretion of management at a suitable break in the performance. At the start of each Act, there will be an auditorium lockout for up to 18 minutes. Please be seated prior to performance start time to avoid auditorium lockouts.

About tickets
How and where can I purchase tickets?
Can tickets be purchased at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets through the Fever App (available on Google Play or the Apple App Store) or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable, and are for your personal use only.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, digital tickets can be validated directly from the Fever App. Please follow the instructions at the point of sale.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the "Tickets" section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from Google Play or the Apple App Store; remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. Please note that a confirmation email with your ticket has been sent to the email address associated with your Fever profile at the time of purchase. If you still cannot find your tickets, please check this guide or contact us.
What is your refund and exchange policy?
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable, and are for your personal use only.
Is there an age requirement?
Recommended for ages five (5) years and up. All adults and children must hold a valid ticket to enter at the venue. Children under the age of 5 will not be admitted into the theatre. Under 16's must be accompanied by adult 21+.
Do you offer complimentary carer tickets?
Guests requiring assistance can bring one carer, personal assistant, or support worker free of charge. Accessible seating tickets must be booked in advance for both POD and POD companion.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
You will be able to purchase food and beverage at the venue before the show starts. Please note that only water and popcorn will be permitted inside the theatre.
Is there parking available?
There will be parking available outside the venue.
Are bathrooms available inside the venue?
This venue has bathrooms – please ask our staff on site for directions.
Are there any prohibited items?
The following items are prohibited in the experience: baby strollers, backpacks larger than A4, food and beverages purchased outside, illegal substances, noise-making devices, fireworks, weapons of any type, and professional photography and videography equipment.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please contact Qatar National Convention Centre by phone or email.

Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
We welcome service animals into the venue. Please reach out to the venue to confirm their specific policies and any required documentation for service animals. Unfortunately, no other animals are allowed.
Will there be strobe lights?
Yes, there are strobe lights present in the show.
Can I take photos and record the experience?
No, photos and videos will not be permitted inside the theatre during the performance.
Can I smoke or vape?
No, smoking and vaping is not permitted.
